Captain Chip Sanders

Captain Chip Sanders was born and raised in Florida hunting and fishing all of his life. An eagerness to help people led Captain Chip to became nurse, during the off-season Chip works in the Operating Room. After moving to Destin his enthusiasm for fishing, and teaching others about the sport, guided him to get his USCG approved sixpack captain's license and start a charter business, since then he has been creating memories for families and friends.

About the boat!

We run a 2012 31 foot Cape Horn center console that is powered by two 300 Yamaha outboards. The boat is equipped with a Minn Kota trolling motor that will hold us on the spot all day. The boat is also equipped with fish boxes, live wells, GPS, and top end electronics. Enjoy this boats speed and comfort with a top end of 52 mph and a cruising speed of 35 mph.

Fishing Charters

We offer private fishing charters. Single trips or multi-day. What ever you are looking for from kids fishing trips to 4,5,6,8,10 and 12 hour offshore trips we have you covered! We also offer dolphin cruises and sunset cruises! Come join us and enjoy the day on the Gulf reeling in the big ones or just taking a sunset or dolphin cruise.

Your fish cooked when you walk of the boat!

As an option to the great location you depart from for your fishing adventure, you can have your fish cooked straight of the filet station or just take them back to your place and cook them! The local restaurant I pickup at will cook your fish as soon as I clean them for you if you wish. You just walk in and let them know you want to be seated and have your catch cooked. They will take good care of you. You can have it grilled, blacked, or fried with the sides.

Dolphin tours

Join us for a dolphin tour and watch them from our boat while you relax and take in the scenery!

Sunset cruises

Come join us to watch the sunset. Have a cocktail if you choose and relax while the sun vanishes into the water!

Great Guy to fish with. Nice, fast boat. Knows where the bait is and where the fish are. Certainly goes above and beyond and cares if you catch fish. Had a double on big Ole, hard fighting Black fin Tuna. We were slotted for 6 hours but we got out on water early and came back late. Had a blast and will be back.

Captain Chip was great! We had a great time on what seemed like a quick 4 hour offshore trip. He put us directly on top of the Red Snapper with ridiculous pinpoint accuracy! We had our limit in easily 30 minutes. Great boat, with good equipment. This was our first “deep sea” fishing trip, and thanks to Chip and the experience he gave us it will now be a staple of our trips down here! Can’t wait for the next time!!!

After speaking with him, we booked him months in advance to ensure we could get a spot with him during red snapper season- luckily we were able to go out the last day of the season. 2 hour Kids Trip (A great introduction to fishing!)

This charter is to allow kids only to fish and be education on the types of fish to catch and how to do it. I will work with them to get them catching fish and having fun doing so. This is a very rewarding time for me to see the little ones wanting to get into the sport of fishing. (12 and under)
